Info about the model: Mark has replaced last year's version of the Lite All-Star with a newer, more powerful one.  The 207 version is equipped with deeper sponsons too.  It's a bit flighty, but Mark is working on getting it pinned down more.  This is a scary fast boat.  Hopefully he'll bring it out to a few races.  Mark has so many cool boats that he has to switch off.  Mark has done a great job on the detail work.  This version runs with an open turbine engine, like the real boat did most of the time.  It looks cool.

Info about the real boat: Tom D'Eath drove this turbine hull in 1984.  The boat had it's share of problems, but would later be purchased by the legendary Bernie Little and would eventually be rebuilt as Budweiser's first turbine powered boat.
