Turbine Pak:  Bill bought this boat from Pete Schille in 2004 and almost immediately made her competitive.  We haven't seen much of it since then.  Last news from Bill is that the boat was damaged before the 2008 season in testing and may not return.  Bill may be looking to build a new version of this model as it's one of his favorites.

Turbine Pay’n Pak:  This ultra-light hull was launched in 1980.  It was reported as being less than 6000 lbs. Driver John Walters blew the boat over in a test run at the ’80 Columbia Cup.  The boat later raced as the backup Tosti Asti.  Mike Hanson later installed a canopy on the boat and raced it as the Sutphen Spirit in ’87 and ’88.  The hull suffered a blowover accident and has not been raced since.
